Cien años de estudio sobre teatro barroco en el Boletín de la Biblioteca de Menéndez Pelayo

Resumen

En los cien años de trayectoria editorial del BBMP han visto la luz unos cincuenta artículos críticos cuyo núcleo de interés ha sido el teatro barroco hispánico con sus autores y obras más destacados. Un siglo es tiempo suficiente para apreciar cómo cambia el signo de
los tiempos, cómo desaparecen unas metodologías y surgen otras, cómo varían los estilos, modos y maneras de hacer crítica. Las miradas transversales al teatro barroco, la documentación sobre corrales, los estudios de bibliografía y catalogación, los trabajo sobre
distintos géneros teatrales y sobre los diversos autores del teatro áureo que se publicaron en el BBMP (además de los trabajos sobre
la obra del propio Menéndez Pelayo) son el tema de este artículo.

In the one hundred years of the BBMP's publishing career, some fifty critical articles whose core of interest has been the Hispanic Baroque theater with its most outstanding authors and works have seen the light. A century is enough time to appreciate how the sign of the times changes, how some methodologies disappear and others emerge, how styles, modes and ways of making criticism vary. The transversal views of the baroque theater, the documentation on corrals, the studies of bibliography and cataloging, the work on different theatrical genres and on the various authors of the golden theater that were published in the BBMP (in addition to the works on the work of Menéndez himself Pelayo) are the subject of this article.
