Abstract

Review of the life and profession of François López, a Moroccan Hispanist with Spanish family. He studied in Bordeaux and was a professor with a degree in Spanish. He studied Forner and specialized in the history of Spain and its important thinkers and figures. He promoted joint research between Spain and France, participated in scientific bulletins, was a university professor and is among the most relevant Hispanists and intellectuals of the century.
