The bibliographic review points out the importance of Los papeles de una vida recobrada, a novel written by Manuel Arce, which summarizes his experiences through seven hundred letters that he has written from his adolescence until 2006, when he is already a retired man. This work significantly enriches the knowledge of the cultural intrahistory of the inner exile and the vital keys of its resistance.
