Jorge Semprún, archetype of bilingual writer, paradigm of concentrated literatureAbstract
This necrological article pays tribute to the author Jorge Semprún, considered archetype and paradigm of the European writer. He was a visible figure who participated in cultural, literary, ideological and theoretical controversies. He contributed a literary work in which flow, in equal parts, quality, craft and innovative ability. As for his experiences, he witnessed the barbarism that was taking place in the archipelago of the Nazi concentration camps, of which years later he himself would give measured and exhaustive testimony. Semprún was, indeed, a diligent actuary, a relentless prosecutor and a righteous judge of radical evil.
