Abstract

This article comments on the work La labor journalistística de Rafael Altamira (II), written and elaborated by several authors. It is a work that wishes to make known in more depth the figure of Rafael Altamira, a Spanish republican and Krausist who dedicated himself to journalism and criticism. The play talks about Altamira's youth and his early progressive thinking. In addition, various details of his life are reviewed, such as the type of readings to which he had access and from which he was inspired to develop his ideology and his form of expression, both journalistic and literary.
