Tribute to Salvador García Castañeda. Silva of several lessons

Abstract

This article comments on the tribute to Salvador García Castañeda on the occasion of his retirement at an International Congress, in which the University of Cantabria and the Real Sociedad Menéndez Pelayo participated. It was attended by professors, writers and professors from various universities around the world to praise the work of García Castañeda. He specialized in Spanish literature of the 19th century, especially in Hispanic Romanticism, and carried out various investigations throughout his professional career. He was given a laudatio and intervened himself to close the act.
