Abstract

The current state of Golden Age theatre in Spain is a consequence of many types of initiatives since the mid-1980s, and common to all of them, without a doubt, the unconditional love for the repertoire over several generations. Perhaps what one could ask at this point in time is whether that shared passion that made possible the «miracle of the classics» years later is still alive today among the artists, managers, or academics who participate in it today.
