This review summarizes the minutes of the celebration of the Fourth Centenary of Don Quixote collected in El tapiz humanista. It is a set of Humanistic, Linguistic, Philosophical Studies, etc., divided into five sections depending on the discipline each deals with. In the section on literary studies, various authors relate Don Quixote to other cultures such as Muslim or Latin American, its reception and interpretation in other countries, and also analyze the influences of works from the classical past on Cervantes' work. In the linguistic studies, the expressions that Cervantes included in his novel and that since then have been part of the Castilian language are analyzed. On the other hand, the section on philosophical and anthropological studies focuses on religion, reflections and ideologies that appear in Don Quixote. Lastly, historical and artistic studies connect Don Quixote with the present, with different artistic expressions and with other authors and artists on whom it has had an influence.
