Abstract

On the occasion of the death of José Montero Iglesias, José Montero Reguero has created a book compiling information from his relative, who was a Spanish writer relegated to the background. Due to the affinity, Montero Reguero has been able to include in great detail unpublished files and documents of Montero Iglesias, in addition to highlighting his work and his importance, to show that he should not be forgotten. At the same time that he describes his literary trajectory, he goes through his biography, so in the book there is criticism and analysis. The most remarkable thing about this volume is the author's great effort to reveal certain information about the writer and, finally, shed light on some details of his work or life that were not entirely clear.
