Abstract

The author of this necrology narrates how he met Francisco Caudet and how in his university years he discovered his work and began to admire him. Thus justifies this obituary in his honor. Caudet specialized in poetry and literature in general from both Spain and the Latin American countries that contribute to Hispanic culture. His titles and acknowledgments are mentioned for the works he carried out during his lifetime; he was quite well known in various countries, where he gave classes and lectures, in addition to his historical novels.
