Abstract

This necrology pays tribute to Carlos Blanco Aguinaga, a Spanish exiled man during the Spanish Civil War, who settled in Mexico as a child, where he studied and started his career. He was a professor at several universities in the United States, where he died, and participated in various magazines on Hispanic literature. His works are reviews, editions, collaborations in literary history books, narratives and even poetry. In addition, he always showed interest in Spanish thought, and studied Unamuno, and since then his intellectual discourse became poetic and hopeful.
